Training runs in our working Harare yard on real skid steer (bobcat) plant — not a simulator. You start with pre-start checks, controls and site safety, then move onto productive work: compact loader control for tight-site earthworks.
Because JT also takes on demolition, earthworks and plant-hire contracts around Harare, trainees get machine hours alongside operators who work live sites every week.
